Supporting St. Mary Catholic School

St. Mary School Endowment

An endowment fund for St. Mary Catholic School was established in 2007 as a means to ensure the fiscal health of our historic school for future generations. We are proud to carry on the vision of our ancestors by responsibly maintaining and growing the school. We are committed to this legacy of excellence in Catholic education. If you would like more information about contributing to the endowment, please contact us.

Scrip Program

Parents, families, and parishioners are invited to support our school through fund raising opportunities throughout the school year. Scrip is one of our biggest fundraisers. Scrip cards are like gift certificates - our school purchases them at a discount, then sells them at face value to earn money. You then use the scrip to make purchases from the participating retailer. Scrip is available for purchase after Mass on Sundays, or you can complete the Scrip order form and return it with your payment to school. The Scrip cards can be picked up or sent home with your child.

Fundraising

We strive to limit our fundraising efforts to a minimum amount per year.  Here is a list of our yearly fundraisers:

  • Candy Bar Sales - October
  • Pampered Chef - November
  • All for Love Dinner and Auction - January
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - April
  • Mary Kay Sale - May

Refunding Programs

We encourage everyone to collect Box Tops for Education, Our Family UPC's, and Tadych's Econo Foods Brillion Receipts.  These items can be dropped off at school or in the Church social hall.

Volunteer Opportunities

St. Mary Catholic School prides itself in actively working with parents, academically and spiritually. After all, parents are the primary and most important educators of their children. We realize that parents are an integral part of the success of our school. Parents are strongly encouraged to participate in their child’s education by volunteering in the classroom and for special events. Other volunteer options include reading with a child as well as recess and library duty, or whatever time or talents you have to offer. We truly look forward to partnering with you. Every volunteer must receive a background check and Virtus Training through the Green Bay Diocese before they can begin working with students.
