Mrs. Jennifer Eichmeier

Field Trip Coordinator

I am a lifelong resident of Calumet County, a graduate of Hilbert High School, and I am so happy to have found myself living and working surrounded by my family and friends here in my home town. I graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and started my teaching career at St. Mary Catholic School in 2008. Since that time I have taught kindergarten through grade 2.

During the school year, I enjoy organizing Fang's Reading Club through the Timber Rattlers and planning field trips to one of the local performing arts centers. I have also started a special focus in Religion class with my students. We research a specific Catholic saint for the week, and, with this extra focus, students build a greater connection to the saints and to their faith. I also encourage my students to attend Sunday Mass and lead by example. Also, I continue to work on expanding my faith and knowledge of the Catholic faith through religious education classes through the Diocese of Green Bay annually.

I have been married since 2005, and my husband, Chad, and I have been blessed with three wonderful boys, Hunter, Sawyer, an Paxton. In my free time I love spending time with my family, camping, snowmobiling, fishing, walking, or just being together.

I really love teaching. I feel that a school should be a safe learning space that is focused on the child. It should be a place where students are not afraid to take chances with their learning. God has evidently had His hand in this school and every part of the development of the children and staff. He has created a wonderful place for all of us to come and learn every day.
