A Tradition of Excellence

St. Mary Catholic School was established October 3, 1891 so children could receive a Catholic Christian education. The original school was built with materials furnished by congregation members. Classes were held in the basement of the parish’s new church until our present school building was erected in 1906.

Throughout the decades following this modest beginning, St. Mary Catholic School continues to exist because parishioners and parents believe it is important for their children to be guided through their formative years in a school atmosphere conducive to spiritual as well as academic development.

St. Mary Catholic School remains committed, ensuring that each student receives the individual attention, sincere interest, respect, and assistance of his/her educator every day, making each child’s learning experience the very best available.
